What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day money back guarantee on all of our products subject to certain conditions. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Most of our products also have a replacement warranty. Contact the Deerfield Communications Sales Department for additional details.
What kind of support can I expect for free?
We offer free email support for all of our products, firstname.lastname@example.org. Pre-sales phone support is available Monday-Friday between 8:00AM and 5:00PM Eastern time.
Do you charge sales tax?
With the exception of resellers and certain tax-exempt organizations, state law requires that we charge residents of Michigan 6% Sales tax.
My company is a tax-exempt organization. How do I place an order with Deerfield.net that will have no tax applied?
Please contact the Deerfield.net Sales Department at 989.732.8856 and an associate will be happy to assist in placing the order. Please be prepaired to fax us your Government Tax Exempt permit at 989.731.9299.
Are Reseller discounts available?
Yes. All Authorized Deerfield Communications Resellers are eligible to automatically receive substantial discounts on all of our products and services. In addition, Michigan resellers are exempted from Michigan State Sales Tax. To be eligible, a reseller must be a registered business and have tax-exempt or other reseller status in one or more states. You can apply directly online to become a Deerfield Reseller by choosing "Become a Reseller" at http://shop.deerfield.net/resellers/apply/
After you have completed your Reseller application, please sign and FAX the Reseller Agreement to +1.989.731.9299. The average time to respond to your request after we have received your FAX is one business day.

What methods of payment does Deerfield.net accept?
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
Wire Transfers and ACH Transfers. Please contact Deerfield.net for account information.
Payment by check or money order: If paying by check from within the United States or Canada, ensure that the check is drawn on a US Bank in US Funds. All other countries, ensure you send an International Bank Draft drawn on a US Bank, in US funds. All funds must be submitted in US currency and sent to the following address:

Can I place an order over the telephone?

Do you provide customers with credit terms?
No - sorry we don't provide credit terms except under certain circumstances and then only to educational and government bodies at our own discretion.
When will my order get shipped?
We process all orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. If your non-Ground order is received by 2:00pm EST, it will ship the same day. All Ground shipments ship the following business day. If any items are not in inventory, we will notify you via email that the item(s) are on backorder and provide you with an estimated delivery date. Any items in stock will be shipped. Please check all inbox folders for this email to ensure that the email is not automatically redirected. If the estimated delivery date is not agreeable, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us to change the order status for the backordered items. Depending on the order details, we can try to get items drop-shipped directly to you and eliminate any delays.
Do you ship international orders?
We have many Canadian customers and regularly ship to all Canadian Provinces. Please contact customer service at 989.732.8856 for order assistance and information.
Will you provision devices for me?
We are happy to configure your devices for you before shipping if you provide us with the settings that you require.
What is the charge for provisioning?
Under most circumstances there is no extra charge
What is 3CX Upgrade Insurance?
The 3CX Upgrade insurance package entitles you to free updates of 3CX Phone System for one year. This includes patches as well as new versions (eg. 10to 11). Without the upgrade insurance package you are only entitled to software updates for a period of 30 days from activation of the software. 12 months of Upgrade Insurance is included in a new purchase of 3CX. If you do not maintain an upgrade insurance package and wish to upgrade to the latest version once a new version is released, you will have to buy a version upgrade at 60% of the full version price.
